Abstract

In this paper it is analyzed a particular process to perform a product MoDem (modulation-demodulation). As a fundamental aspect it is performed the synchronous detection of the modulated signal by using the carrier recovered from
the same modulated signal. This is achieved by passing the signal through a non-linear device and retrieving the second harmonic of the carrier in phase with the original modulation, obtaining the fundamental by filtering and division process, for later being re-injected in order to complete the demodulation
