Abstract

This paper analyzes the orthogonal coexistence of two different baseband signals which modulate a carrier signal in amplitude and frequency simultaneously. These different modulation techniques maintain the orthogonality of both baseband which can be demodulated and acquired separately. The modulated bandwidth obtained is higher than the bandwidth that would be obtained by the AM signal. However, if certain conditions are met, it is possible to narrow the modulated signal into the bandwidth that would be occupied by the AM modulation, allowing to independently recovering of both baseband with a minimum distortion
