Abstract

This paper presents the technique known as “Data Fusion” which consists in the 3D environment integration of the wind tunnel testing results. Both, the measurements and the flow visualizations, are mixed in one single digital interface for results visualization purposes. In this way, it is possible to deeply understand the aerodynamic behavior of the tested model. The software used (Paraview) is compatible with the CFD codes, thus this technique allows the direct comparison between the simulations and the experimental results.
