Abstract

The recent economic and social development has led to new paradigms in the organizations, where the concept of Fractal based-projects Organization arises, which forms strategic alliances that share projects. The initial requirements and their changes, as well as risks need to be controlled in the early stages of the project. Traditional approaches for the (re)planning of projects do not capture the complex relationships between risks, requirements and
the project plan.
This proposal presents an integrated conceptual business model for the (re)planning of projects that includes the change management in the requirement and risk management associated with each project within the organization or strategic alliance. To exemplify their application, a study case was developed in the context of pharmaceutical industry since it responds to the features of the project-based fractal organizations, where the project becomes their basis and the risks have special treatment in this industry.
