Abstract

Given the impulse that is being given to renewable energies in Argentina, such as solar and wind, an increase occurs in the installed power generation unmanaged. In the present work a methodology for the analysis of insertion of wind farms in a 132 kV network is exhibited, through the application of technical and economic indicators that allow to determine the optimal point of the network for the installation of these, in order to produce the least possible impact on the operation of the network.

The results obtained show that for the analyzed network the maximum permissible simultaneous power is 75 MW, impacting favorably on the network, especially in levels of tension and transient stability in the radial sections of the network.
