Abstract

Global economic, financial crisis and energetic resources scarcity promotes the creation of new policies that help to reduce and to optimize energy employment. Developed countries´s offices buildings have been reached by these
policies because of the high the energy consumption, using 40% of the total consumption. Provide intelligence to a building through a management system implementing energy efficiency strategies is essential to reduce energy consumption. This paper presents the analysis, design and development of offices building illumination management system with the focus on to reduce its energetic consumption.
