Abstract

In this paper, we propose a planning model for commercial power coalition structures between distributed generation electric micro-grids for a specific time horizon. Many researchers have proposed models of coalition formation. In the literature, the coalition formation models proposed determine the amount of power to be commercialized between micro-grids. These models were designed to work in a reactive way, which does not allow to have a projection for a time horizon and makes decision making and the response to disruptive events difficult. In order to respond to the problem, a model based on a forecast of generation and requirement of each micro-grid is proposed, using an algorithm for coalition formation and another algorithm for the optimization of coalition structures and payment allocation based on coalitional game theory. To validate the proposal, a case study was designed with 3 micro-grids with different distributed generators.
