The University Systems Engineering Skills of the Merchant Marine - Analysis and Application of Competencies

Abstract

The objective of the research is to demonstrate the application of skills in the formation of Systems Engineering and its relation to the profile of the graduate of the Universidad de la Marina Mercante.
A detailed methodology is appliedwhere different elements are integrated allowing the identification of qualitative and quantitative analysis comparing the curriculum with the content evaluated in basic technology and applied technology subjects, the elements that shall meet the graduate profile in each of them.Finally,it is set the amount of students that approve and disapprove the subjects of basic technology and applied technology.
The type of design is quantitative / qualitative.
