Implementación del Índice Espacio-Temporal I+3 R-Tree en la Gestión de Emergencias

Abstract

This article describes the development of a prototype for attending emergency events and the administration of the corresponding mobiles of the Municipality of Córdoba, Argentine, developed within the framework of a Master 's thesis
in Engineering in Information Systems, Facultad Regional Córdoba, National Technology University.
Due to the need to manage objects that modify their position in time in this application, it was decided to implement the I + 3 R-Tree space-time index. This solved both the management of mobile objects and the resolution of queries related to the path that the mobile perform in the care of an event.
