Abstract

This paper introduces the topic of Argentina’s E-Government systems, in a Spanish American reference framework, from the enunciation of the basic concepts of E-Government and conceptual Modeling from the point of view of Software Engineering tillthe compiling of the current situation, in order to identify and characterize the incorporation of good practices in the Conceptual Model of these developments considering the advantages of their use. In addition consider whether if it’s feasible to define a methodology for developing and implementing government’s web portals or not.
