Abstract

The implementation of a prototype chatbot with artificial intelligence designed to interact with customers and sellers of commercial premises is presented. The objective of this agent is to be a “virtual assistant”; that is, provide information and recommendations on products to customers, as well as provide information to sellers about the products and about the tastes of customers. So that the chatbot can give answers, natural language processing techniques are use and a production system with forward chaining is implemented to find the answer.
