Abstract

The original work consists in generating a dynamic map for making decisions in urban pavement management projects, through the implementation of Geographical Information Systems, being the city of Venado Tuerto the case study.

For the development of this paving prioritization map, the following influencing factors were adopted: schools, health centers, drainage infrastructure, type of treatment in the street, tax payers contributions for execution of Works, and proximity to streets already paved. Subsequently, these factors in geospatial format, after treatment and readjustment of the information, were introduced into a polynomial equation, weighing each of these according to valuation criteria.

As a result of the work, a spatial representation of the blocks with the highest paving priority was achieved, which can be automatically updated as a result of the systematization of the processes. In addition, a geospatial database was obtained.
