The Mathematics Education Meeting in Engineering Careers EMCI is a key event for the exchange of experiences among teaching researchers and professionals, aimed at exploring and debating advances in the teaching of applied mathematics in engineering.
We are honored to present the proceedings book of the 24th National Meeting and 16th International Meeting of Mathematics Education in Engineering Careers EMCI, which took place at the National Technological University, San Francisco Regional Faculty Province of Córdoba, Argentina from May 15 to 17, 2024. This meeting has established itself as a vital space for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and innovative proposals in the teaching of mathematics in engineering.
This event continues to strengthen its relevance by bringing together educators, researchers, and professionals to discuss current and future challenges in the educational field. The teaching of mathematics in engineering careers plays a fundamental role not only in the technical training of future professionals but also in developing their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Throughout the meeting sessions, various topics were addressed, advancing the construction of a more efficient educational model capable of responding to the changing needs and realities of our society. The presentations and works featured in this proceedings book not only reflect the educational community's commitment to excellence but also the creativity and innovation required to face contemporary challenges in mathematics education.
We trust that the ideas and proposals collected in these proceedings will be a source of inspiration and guidance for future developments in mathematics education within engineering careers, thus contributing to the formation of professionals capable of successfully facing the challenges of the 21st century.
