Abstract

The objective of this work is to show the results of a scale prototyping of a platform for entry and exit to a swimming pool, to analyze the proportions of the dimensions of its components, their assembly and their kinetics. Rapid prototyping technology such as Material Extrusion was used. Models of parts that make up the platform and the experience of working with a bench-top 3D printer were obtained. This technology, which is easy to access in its operation and, with the application of 3D printing programs, is of great importance since it allows working tangibly on the prototype to be able to generate a product according to the needs of people, this is of great importance. importance since we are looking for a product with wide application at a low cost that everyone or almost everyone can use safely and facilitates the work of professionals dedicated to hydrotherapy or other rehabilitation or recreation technique, having less physical load, greater amount of time available and, above all, more humanization in the process of entering and exiting the swimming pool, allowing a large number of people to improve their quality of life thanks to the loss of fears produced by the lack of implements to help in this process.
