This volume includes the contributions presented at the I Conference on Science and Technology and the I Meeting of Researchers in Training held at the Mar del Plata Regional Faculty of the National Technological University on November 30, 2021, as a result of the work carried out in the projects current research.
The works revealed different trajectories, which dealt with the analysis, design and sustainable development of boats, the triple impact and the continuous improvement of the fishing production processes and the analysis of the quality of the water and the sanitary state of the beaches, opening a space for recently incorporated researchers and chairs in their practices on the application of the scientific method.
The exposed investigations referring to the naval, fishing-aquaculture and environmental sectors intend to contribute to the well-being of the community, in a journey of 14 works whose authorship corresponds to researchers who share as a common axis in their studies, the provision of technological solutions to the challenges social, economic, cultural and environmental of the territory where these productions are based.
