Popularity and data analysis capabilities offered by Business Intelligence techniques are increasing day after day. Nowadays, in which respects to public health, even though there is a great volume of data available, they are generally not exploited using data visualization tools.  Paper proposes the implementation of Business Intelligence techniques to unify and consolidate data of interest into a DataWarehouse, in order to create various statistical reports through data exploitation tools that allow a real data-based decision making process. It is also shown how the quality of the data input into the transactional systems affects the data analysis.
