Abstract

This presentation presents the techno-pedagogical design of a set of training proposals for university professors in the postpandemic era, focusing on the pedagogical use of technological tools. The main objective is to support and strengthen teachers' skills in the use of digital technologies, consolidating the knowledge acquired during the pandemic and integrating it into their current teaching practices.

These trainings are based on an approach that recognizes technology not only as an instrumental resource, but also as a tool of high pedagogical value. The proposals promote the development of skills in the use of platforms such as Moodle and other digital tools, with the aim of enriching both face-to-face and asynchronous technology-mediated teaching.

In addition, they foster teacher autonomy, critical reflection on the use of technologies, and the ability to select and design digital resources appropriate to the pedagogical needs of each department. Support is provided through virtual courses, either self-paced or tutored, promoting collaborative learning and the creation of dynamic, technologically enriched learning environments.
