This work reports on the teaching and learning activities before, during and after the global SARS-COVID 19 pandemic, at the UTN San Francisco Regional Faculty. In it we provide the adjustments, teaching methodologies, adaptations in learning and forms of evaluations. Before the pandemic, classes were held in person with a traditional approach; during the pandemic, they moved to a completely virtual environment, where personal interactions are completely modified. The most relevant aspects in relation to the use of digital educational materials have to do with the student's motivation during the development of the subjects, with a better understanding of the topics as well as access to complementary teaching material for theory and classes. conventional. After the pandemic, the possibility of hybrid classes must be studied based on the experiences lived during social, preventive and mandatory isolation, because the way of approaching education changes, mediated by information and communication technologies, passing to an environment where presence and virtuality are shared. The teaching of classes in dual format (face-to-face and virtual) should be adapted, as well as the teaching materials, practical work and forms of evaluation.
