This paper develops a business plan which’s main objective is to accomplish a proposal of readecuation for a turistic enterprice “Arroyito”, to do this, it is considered: The optimization of the formal process of the company; The evaluation of improvements in the services, which could be incorporated permanently, and it’s impact on the business of the company. The idea of making a business plan was based on numerous opportunities of improvements that were observed mainly in a organization and productive level in the company. We are searching to stop working in an intuitive way, to start funtioning in a more organised way; and with it, optimize the internal processes, the services offered and the competitiveness to face the new challenges of the market. The plan beholds a diagnostic of the current situación of the company, and, based on that, it determines the aim situation which conforms the improvement proposal. In addition, it develops a technical, market, investment study, which determines the economic-financial viability of the proposal.
