Abstract

The efficiency in a photovoltaic solar system is affected by a multitude of external factors. With the increasing interest in this type of technology, is vital to find ways to optimize the generation using these systems. This work presents and explains the results of the measurement of the power curves of a photovoltaic system for different installation conditions in the department of La Capital, Santa Fe, Argentina during the autumn and winter seasons. It was found the potential gain or losses of electric power for the different conditions of tilt for the panel for the various month, using the recommended annual tilt as the reference.
