Conference on Science and Technology 2022

Abstract

The 2022 Science and Technology Conference (Jornadas de Ciencia y Tecnología 2022) organized by the San Francisco Regional Faculty of the National Technological University (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional) is aimed at presenting ongoing research works and offering selected dissertations. This is intended to strengthen links among different R&D groups in this Faculty and others which are related to Chemical, Industrial, Information Systems, Electromechanics, Electronics and other Engineering careers, as well as to the Licentiate degree in Rural Administration.

In this regard, a point is made of the communication and interchange of experiences among highly specialized teams, which can help in the resolution of problems and the generation of new technological alternatives based on interdisciplinary approaches. Moreover, this Conference is focused on fostering the contact between the different aforementioned R&D groups and the industry, spreading worldwide scientific and technological advances, and generating discussions on research works developed in Argentina. In the 2022 edition of our Science and Technology Conference, open dissertations were carried out by experts dealing with different fields related to a broad range of disciplines of interest for technology and industrial processes.

This Conference, which has been organized since 2022, provides the right setting to address science and technology contents for students, professors and researchers in the Faculty, following a joint industry-integrated vision. In this 2022 edition, the main focus was on face-to face interaction, still with some of the activities being carried out with hybrid virtual and in-person dissertations.

The research works for this edition were uploaded in full-text format and their compilation was used to generate Proceedings following AJEA journal criteria. This allows for the availability of a DOI number for each work and an ISBN number for the whole compilation.
