Abstract

This paper presents the progress of the thesis project "Application of semantic and Blockchain technologies for horizontal integration in the context of Industry 4.0", of the PhD program in Engineering, mention Industrial, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. The aim is the definition and implementation of an infrastructure that supports the semantic modeling of smart contracts to achieve traceability of provenance and supply chain management in the context of industry 4.0. The infrastructure will consist of domain ontologies that allow the representation of the knowledge of the companies that are part of the supply chain, ontologies that formalize the semantics of smart contracts and a network of ontologies that cover the previous ones, a reference ontology with the common concepts and a definition of the common mappings to perform the alignment between the concepts belonging to the different ontologies of the network.
