Concordia Produce - Multisectoral Productive Expo of Concordia and the Region,

On October 17 and 18, 2025, the city of Concordia hosted the first edition of the Multisectoral Productive Expo of Concordia and the Region, a space for exchange, reflection, and dissemination of applied knowledge. Under the banner “Concordia Produce”, the event brought together companies, producers, suppliers, universities, and public and private organizations, establishing itself as an academic-scientific meeting point focused on territorial development and interinstitutional collaboration.
The event featured active participation from educators, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and representatives of various productive sectors, who shared experiences, research, and innovative proposals. This publication compiles the abstracts of the works presented during both days, showcasing the region’s commitment to knowledge generation and continuous improvement.
The initiative was carried out in coordination with the Municipality of Concordia, and actively involved institutions of recognized trajectory such as the Faculty of Food Sciences and the Faculty of Administration Sciences of the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER), the National Technological University – Concordia Regional Faculty (UTN Concordia), the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), and the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA).The Science and Technology Conferences of the Facultad Regional Concordia of the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional are held with the aim of communicating the results of research projects developed in recent years and sharing current issues with students, teachers, researchers, professionals from the productive sector and the general public. The conferences are free and open to the public.
