Abstract

On this occasion, the great effort made by the Local Organizing Committee to plan every detail, from article evaluations and event dissemination to each of the program's activities, must be highlighted.

With more than 100 articles submitted, and given the objectives of the TEyEI program and the characteristics of the conference, it should be called the Engineering Education Conference from a much broader perspective. As progress has been made in improving publications and disseminating them at other related events, the research topics have also shifted from a more global perspective to engineering. Five Integrating Projects have been proposed and will be distributed as offprints during the conference to facilitate links with groups interested in the proposals. One theme has emerged that should be contained within its own focus: the connection between research and engineering education, which will be further developed during the conference.
