Abstract

Pedestrian mobility is essential when talking about sustainability, accessibility, transportation, local economy and quality of life. Along with reading technical documents, a survey was developed to know the perception of the inhabitants of Santa Fe on the state of the pedestrian infrastructure with the objective of detecting trends, expectations and opinions of the population of the city of Santa Fe on pedestrian mobility. These were obtained through discrete choice models based on a sampling of individuals from surveys of declared and manifest preferences, considering existing and potential circulation places. From here, and as a conclusion of the study, recommendations emerge to improve, evaluate and consider in future projects carried out by the city government.
