Keywords:
Analytics, statistics, dashboard, health, managementAbstract
This work is based on the design and development of a visualization tool aimed at facilitating the Primary Health Care (PHC) management process at the municipal level. In the first instance, an exhaustive survey was carried out to collect information on equipment and infrastructure, thus ensuring an accurate integration of data. Using the analytical tool Power Bi, a dashboard was developed, driven by data analysis methodologies. The development process included the use of advanced analytical techniques to design an intuitive and practical dashboard. Through Power BI, the collected data was transformed into interactive and visually appealing charts. The dashboard presents a comprehensive view of the PHC system, facilitating informed decision making in an efficient and effective manner by healthcare managers. In addition, the integration of various data sets provides valuable information and improves the management of various problem situations. As a result, a dashboard was obtained that offers a comprehensive view of primary health care services and, in addition, provides various indicators that facilitate problem solving and efficient allocation of resources. The tool is highly relevant as it enables data-backed decision making and improves the quality of health services at the municipal level.
