Abstract

Bovine milk production has risks associated with cattle feeding conditions, geographical location, climate, soil, equipment and technology, which cause significant losses of labour time and investment. Determining the risks associated with conditions with different types of variables can mean important for the economies and investors involved in the Sector under study. The main factors that condition risk are variables that determine economic risks, productivity and performance, which are limiting for different producers or investors. A predictive or statistical analysis is useful to quantify its incidence through systematic measurements, the work presents an alternative classification of risks by area or sector determined from the combination of the variables by fuzzy logic (Fuzzy Logic). The data to be used are information from the Meteorological Service National and local INTA office and rural data collection.
The application of fuzzy logic, with a Mandani method, will allow to determine the risk conditions for milk production. The development of the classification of the areas and conditions for the activity, can be determined in a geographical sector or an agricultural sector, bounded for each sample and determine the level of risk associated with each selected sample.
