Motorcycle Taxi in Argentina

Abstract

Recently an international company opened the registration for motorcyclists who wish to perform the activity of ""mototaxi"", a service that never existed in Argentina. The first presentations expose the activity as a great solution for both the passenger and the motorcyclist who adheres to the service. In the course of the work, the strengths of the means of transport (the motorcycle) will be presented, but the weaknesses of the service will also be deepened, since the externalities they generate must be solved by the State. We will also see how this activity can affect the policies that Argentina has been developing in terms of road safety and public mobility.
