Abstract

To have a parameter that allows classifying electric ovens, the parameter used is efficiency, which relates the time (h) necessary to increase the temperature of a specific mass given by the regulations, from a temperature T1 to a temperature T2; and the power demanded for it, in (W). For the determination of the level of energy efficiency of the electric ovens that enter the Argentine market, we will rely on Resolution 1017 of the year 2021, which regulates the marking of energy efficiency in these equipment, and establishes that the tests will be based on the IRAM standards. 62414-1 and IRAM 62414-2 depending on whether they are built-in or portable ovens.
