Abstract

This work presents the structural health monitoring of a masonry heritage building. The determination of frequencies and damping is presented. For this, two measurement campaigns were carried out, one to which it was called “short term”, and another called “long term”. For the first, 3 triaxial accelerometers were used and six 10-minute measurements were made. The second measurement campaign was carried out over four months, these were carried out with a triaxial accelerometer in the same position as one of the positions of the three short term measurement accelerometers. A statistical analysis of short -term and long -term measurements was performed. Long term measurements have a variation depending on environmental variables. In the conclusions there are hypotheses about the behavior of the dynamic properties of the studied building.
